:iconpumpkinplz:Fall Pumpkin Charms! :D I loved making these!

These charms are 1.5cm wide and 1cm tall forgiving their stems, and each has its own unique bit of curled vine resting on the top. They were the most difficult of my fall charms to photograph for some reason. The colours kept overbrightening and made them look like Hi-Glow pumkins. Very odd.

For sale, available as individual charms or jewlery. If interested note or email me.

I love these! I should so make some! (you don't mind, do you?) I have a festival coming up in october and I am selling a few beads there... I should make some of these for it! you did a great job!
I bet the brightness in color was due to plenty of light and a very dark background. The black is nice for contrast but with too much light I often get the same effect. I find that using a lighter background whenever possible is good for making the items more visible AND for lending more light to the picture, making it feel warmer. Personally I think the black looks great for this shot, but if you want to try a white background ever, I would certainly recommend it :)

You can deffinately make some, I don't mind at all and thanks for the advice! I did try to use white before with these but it washed the colour out and you couldn't see the colour change on the pumpkin segments. I kept moving the light source and adjusting the shot angle but it didn't help so I gave up and the third time I tried to shoot them I finally got a few acceptable ones. ^^; These really were the most difficult charms to photograph. I think I'll try a different white drop cloth and see if that helps in the future. :D
